Columbia's in-depth electronic courses allow you to enhance your knowledge in fields such as education, engineering, computer science, and business. Created in collaboration with our world-class faculty by Columbia's professional schools and their affiliates, most of our e-courses are for-credit learning experiences combining multimedia, interactivity, feedback, and discussion.

E-courses require admission and tuition payment.

At this time Columbia does not offer an online Bachelor's degree program. Distance learning Master's degree programs are offered by the School of Engineering and Applied Science through CVN and the Jewish Theological Seminary. Columbia offers some for-credit, semester-length e-courses that can be applied toward an undergraduate degree.

For short noncredit courses on a wide range of topics in the arts, sciences, and professions, see our collection of over 125 e-seminars.
